Mario's Pad is a fairly simple stage created by Zantok with the intent of creating a stage from one of his favorite games yet making it a stage that even the competitors could enjoy but not having any hazards in it. This submission was first posted on the forums on April 2nd, 2009.
Stage Info[]
Mario's Pad is the first place that we see where Mario actually lives in any of the games. Not much time is spent there in-game, but it is there that Mario crashes into after having fought Bowser at the beginning of the game, and it is there that Toad finds Mario and asks him to save the princess yet again.
Stage Layout[]
On the left end of the stage there is a floating save block above the ground that floats up and down at about the same pace that they do in their original game. The Save Block can be used as a platform. On the right of the stage you can see Mario's house which can be used as a platform as well. The rest of the stage lies flat and has walk-off edges.
Stage Hazards[]
This stage has no additional hazards.
